PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, this is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

The order still contains all associated parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product was received.

Normal handling of the product can be demonstrated; damage caused by careless or improper use is excluded.

Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process is initiated.

The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer shipping costs.
A return will be processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged beyond our responsibility.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please take the following steps to initiate the return process:

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address.
Never return the package to the sender. We will provide you with the correct return address after you have contacted us.
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided that they are a natural person acting for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activities:
A. Conditions for Cancellation
Right of withdrawal:
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), has received or accepted the last goods.
Because we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process prior to delivery, and a refund is not possible before the goods have been received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Olivia Londen) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email). Withdrawal is completed once we have received the returned goods.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
Goods in Transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. You may, of course, inform us of your cancellation in advance.
To ensure the fastest possible return processing, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs and any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal and have received the returned goods.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this reimbursement.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA, AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
